变压器套管介质损耗因数超标分析及监造经验反馈
Case Study on the Dielectric Dissipation Factor of Transformer Bushing Exceeding the Standard and Feedback of Supervision Experience
【摘要】 套管是变压器的重要部件,必须具备足够的机械强度和规定的绝缘性能。文章阐述了一起变压器套管介质损耗因数超标的典型监造案例,详细分析了问题产生的原因,指出环境温度对介质损耗因数产生的影响,提出实际工作中应准确理解把握技术标准的重要性,技术协议的签订一定要严谨、细致、明确等,可为同类设备的监造及问题处理提供借鉴。
【Abstract】 Transformer bushing is an important part of transformer, and must have sufficient mechanical strength and specified insulation properties. This paper describes a typical supervision case about dielectric dissipation factor of transformer bushing exceeding the standard, analyzes the cause of the problem, points out the influence of ambient temperature on dielectric dissipation factor, puts forward the importance of accurately understanding and grasping the technical standard, and suggests that the signing of technical agreement must be rigorous, meticulous and clear, etc. Therefore, it can provide reference for the supervision and problem handling of similar equipment.
