【Abstract】 Innovation in business models is the key to winning a competitive advantage for enterprises. The contribution of the business model canvas model to the research of business model innovation is increasingly recognized by scholars. This article elaborates on the basic content of the business model canvas model, selects 16 e-commerce enterprise business model innovation cases, adopts qualitative comparative analysis(QCA) method, and obtains three business model innovation paths and six core elements.
