相变与吸湿结合下的新型多功能降温服设计
Design of a New Multi-functional Cooling Suit Under the Combination of Phase Change and Moisture Absorption
【摘要】 为保证高温高湿作业环境下一线职工的热舒适性和安全,提出一款结合相变调温、吸附吸湿、网格透气和温度超限报警功能的新型多功能降温服的设计。通过热湿平衡计算,确定其4 h工作时间内需约250 g膨胀石墨-石蜡复合材料作为相变材料;需约110 g PAAAM/PVA高吸水纤维材料作为吸湿材料,选用网格透气面料作为相变材料的布置层,以此改善材料在微环境热湿迁移的能力;并进行温度超限报警功能的设计,从而增强新型多功能降温服对石化职工的安全保障。设计的新型多功能防护服,其功能、结构、局部设计能够提高职工的热舒适性和安全保障性,并同时具有穿着的舒适感和方便性,可助力工人的职业健康。
【Abstract】 To ensure the thermal comfort and safety of front-line petrochemical workers under high temperature and humidity environment, the design of a new multi-functional cooling suit was proposed, which combined the functions of temperature control by phase change, moisture removal by adsorption, mesh ventilation, and temperature exceedance alarm. Through the calculation of heat and humidity balance, it was determined that about 250 g of expanded graphite-paraffin composite materials were used as phase change materials during 4 h working time. About 110 g PAAAM/PVA highly absorbent fiber materials were required as the hygroscopic materials, and mesh breathable fabrics were selected as the layout layers of the phase change materials, so as to improve the thermal and wet migration ability of the material in the microenvironment. And the design of the alarm function of temperature overlimit was carried out, so as to enhance the safety guarantee of the new multi-functional cooling suit for petrochemical workers.
