【摘要】 目的 分析某市辖内的27家加油站从业人员健康状况，探寻影响加油站从业人员健康的危险因素。方法 采用问卷调查的方式对加油站从业人员进行流行病学调查和职业健康体检；对从业人员进行体格检查、血常规、尿常规、血糖等检查；应用SPSS 22.0统计软件进行相关的健康状况指标分析。结果 接触组头晕(12.8%)、失眠(21.2%)等自主神经功能失调症、皮肤干燥(8.0%)、鼻腔干燥(8.9%)、腹部B超异常(32.9%)、心率偏高(10.6%)、心电图异常(20.1%)、尿常规异常(12.4%)、肝功能异常(12.5%)等检出率高于对照组，接触组血白细胞(1.3%)低于对照组。结论 加油站从业人员长期接触汽油，可出现自主神经功能失调症、脂肪肝、窦性心动过速、尿隐血、肝功能异常等，受影响因素多，应根据影响因素采取有效措施进行干预，保障从业人员的健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to explore the risk factors affecting the health of gas station employees, the employees′ health status of 27 gas stations in a city was analyzed. Methods A questionnaire survey was used to conduct epidemiological investigation and occupational health examination of gas stations′ employees. Physical examination, blood routine, urine routine, blood glucose and other examinations were examined for attendants. The statistical software SPSS 22 was used to analyze relevant health indicators. Results The detection rates of dizziness(12.8%), insomnia(21.2%) and other autonomic nervous disorders, dry skin(8.0%), dry nasal cavity(8.9%), abnormal abdominal B-ultrasound(32.9%), high heart rate(10.6%), abnormal electrocardiogram(20.1%), abnormal urine routine(12.4%), abnormal liver function(12.5%), etc in the contact group were higher than those in the control group, but the white blood cells(1.3%) in the contact group was lower than that in the control group. Conclusion Long-term exposure of gas stations′ employees to low concentration gasoline can cause autonomic dysfunction, fatty liver, sinus tachycardia, occult blood in urine, abnormal liver function, etc. There were many affected factors, and effective measures should be taken to intervene according to the influencing factors to protect the health of attendants.更多还原
