芳纶织物的激光改性及其性能
Laser modification and properties of aramid fabric
【摘要】 采用CO2激光对芳纶织物进行处理,以滴水扩散时间为指标,通过单因素试验优化激光改性工艺;测试改性前后织物的接触角、颜色参数;分析激光改性对织物表面形态、元素组成、分子结构及结晶度的影响。结果表明,随着激光功率的增加和激光速度、步距的减小,织物的滴水扩散时间呈缩短趋势;优化的激光改性工艺为:激光功率35 W、激光速度200 mm/s、步距0.2 mm。在此工艺下,芳纶织物的滴水扩散时间由未改性的65.78 s缩短至42.98 s;改性后芳纶织物接触角减小,色深值基本不变,对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能提升;激光改性的芳纶纤维表面产生刻蚀,表面O质量分数增加;酰胺键断裂重排生成羧基等亲水性基团;纤维结晶度下降。
【Abstract】 CO2 laser was used to treat aramid fabric, and the laser modification process was optimized with single factor experiment optimization based on the drip diffusion time. The contact angle and color parameters of the fabric before and after modification were tested. The effects of laser modification on the surface morphology, element composition, molecular structure and crystallinity of fabrics were analyzed. The results show that with the increase of laser power and the decrease of laser speed and step distance, the diffusion time of water droplets on the fabric shows a decreasing trend. The optimized laser modification process is as follows: laser power 35 W, laser speed 200 mm/s, step distance 0.2 mm. Under this process, the drip diffusion time of aramid fabric is reduced from 65.78 s without modification to 42.98 s. After modification, the contact angle of aramid fabric decreases, the color depth value remains basically unchanged, and the adsorption performance of methylene blue is improved. The surface of laser modified aramid fiber is etched, and the content of O element on the surface was increased. The cleavage and rearrangement of amide bonds generate hydrophilic groups such as carboxyl groups. The crystallinity of the fibers decreases.
