聚酯绒类织物的植物染料染色
Dyeing of polyester velvet fabric with vegetable dyes
【摘要】 用大黄和靛蓝对聚酯绒类织物进行染色,采用单因素分析法优化大黄的染色工艺和靛蓝的还原、染色工艺。大黄色素对珊瑚绒染色工艺为:pH 5.5,温度120℃,时间50 min,浴比1∶30;靛蓝的还原工艺为:还原剂用量8.1 g/L,碱剂用量5.4 g/L,温度60℃,时间15 min;靛蓝的染色工艺为:pH 6,温度120℃,时间30 min,浴比1∶30。两种植物染料染色织物的褪色牢度为3~4级,沾色牢度为5级,耐干、湿摩擦色牢度均达4级及以上,可以达到服用要求;在靛蓝染料染色织物上套染大黄染料,聚酯绒类织物产生绿色色泽。
【Abstract】 Polyester velvet fabric was dyed with rhubarb and indigo. The dyeing process of rhubarb and the reduction and dyeing process of indigo were optimized by single factor analysis. The dyeing process of rhubarb pigment on coral velvet was as follows: pH 5.5, temperature 120 ℃, time 50 min, bath ratio 1∶30. The reduction process of indigo was as follows: the amount of reductant 8.1 g/L, the amount of alkali 5.4 g/L, temperature 60 ℃, time 15 min. The dyeing process of indigo was as follows: pH 6, temperature 120 ℃, time 30 min, bath ratio 1∶30. The the color fastness to fading of the fabric dyed with two kinds of vegetable dyes is about 3~4 grades, the color fastness to staining is 5 grades, and the color fastness to dry and wet rubbing is 4 grades or above, meeting the wearing requirements. Dyeing the indigo dyed fabric with rhubarb dye, the polyester velvet fabric produces green color.
