【摘要】 综述了毛孔粗大的相关成因及机制，包含性别、年龄/皮肤老化、皮肤角化异常、皮脂分泌旺盛、毛囊体积粗大和遗传等内源性因素，以及慢性紫外线曝光、外源性刺激物质、不当皮肤护理和不良生活习惯等外源性因素。提出了改善皮肤老化、调节皮肤角化、调控皮肤油脂及减少粗大毛囊的毛孔粗大改善途径。归纳了现阶段基于主观评估和客观评估的毛孔评价方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The formation mechanisms of enlarged pores were reviewed, including endogenous factors such as sex, age/skin aging,abnormal skin keratosis, excessive sebum production, large size of hair follicles, and genetics, as well as exogenous factors such as chronic UV exposure, exogenous irritants, improper skin care, and poor living habits. The improved ways for enlarged pores were put forward, such as improving skin aging, moisturizing, regulating sebum secretion, and reducing the large hair follicles. Moreover, the evaluation methods for pores based on subjective and objective methods were summarized.更多还原
