直接加温条件下燃烧室燃烧效率计算方法研究
Calculation method of combustion efficiency of combustor under direct heating condition
【摘要】 针对空气直接加温条件下燃烧室燃烧效率评估的需求,基于全成分分析法,发展了一种计算直接加温条件下燃烧室燃烧效率的方法。首先构建了空气直接加温条件下燃烧室燃烧过程的数学模型,然后推导了该燃烧反应的计算过程,最后通过实例对计算方法进行了验证。该方法考虑了高温燃气热解离的影响,利用数值解技术开展计算;通过燃气分析系统,分别测量了直接加温器出口截面和燃烧室出口截面的燃气成分。基于构建的燃烧效率计算方法,获得了燃烧室的燃烧效率,并将计算的燃烧室出口温度与热电偶的测量结果进行对比,验证了计算方法的工程实用性。
【Abstract】 In order to meet the needs of evaluating the combustion efficiency of a combustor under the direct air heating condition, a calculation method of combustion efficiency under the direct heating condition was developed based on total component analysis. Firstly, the mathematical model of combustion process in combustor under the direct heating condition was established, then the calculation process of this combustion reaction was deduced, and finally the method was verified by an example.In this method, the influence of pyrolysis of high-temperature gas was considered, and the numerical solution technology was used to calculate. The gas composition of the outlet section of the direct heater and the outlet section of the combustor was measured by the gas analysis system. Based on the calculation method of combustion efficiency, the combustion efficiency was obtained, and the outlet temperature of combustor was compared with the thermocouple measurement result, which verified the engineering practicability of the calculation method.
