【摘要】 利用文献计量方法，统计分析2012～2021年《中国乳品工业》的载文量、基金项目、来稿分布、核心作者群体等指标，总结2012～2021年十年来的载文特征，以反映《中国乳品工业》期刊的基本情况，并尝试分析载文特征对影响因子变动的影响。研究发现，《中国乳品工业》年载文量呈下降趋势，篇均篇幅及载文质量呈上升趋势；载文获基金资助比例较高，发文地区及机构分布广泛，核心作者发文量较大，对期刊贡献度较高；影响因子呈逐年上升趋势，期刊具有较高的学术影响力。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using the bibliometric method, we statistically analyzed the number of articles published in China Dairy Industry from 2012 to 2021,and analyzed its fund projects, contribution distribution, core author group and other indicators, summarized the characteristics of articles published in China Dairy Industry from 2012 to 2021, so as to reflect the basic situation of China Dairy Industry, and tried to analyze the influence of article characteristics on the change of impact factors.The results showed that the annual volume of articles in China Dairy Industry showed a downward trend, while the average length and quality of articles showed an upward trend.The proportion of papers supported by the fund is higher, the publication regions and institutions are widely distributed, the number of core authors is larger, and the contribution to the journal is higher.The influence factors are increasing year by year, and journals have high academic influence.更多还原
