【摘要】 为推动社会组织走出国门，我国在发展基本队伍、建立协调机制、尝试国际事务参与等方面进行积极探索，并已经具备了初步基础，但在国际化队伍建设、实际参与能力水平、打造国际影响力等方面尚存在一定的提升空间。这既有社会组织自身原因，也有官方的理念相融性、制度相融性、政策相融性等方面的欠缺。全球治理的本质和社会组织属性的优势、中国对落实联合国SDGs议程的积极姿态、我国“十四五”规划纲要的相关目标要求，都为推动我国社会组织参与全球治理总体安排奠定了基础，为此建构一套由“理念-制度-机制-政策”组成的支持系统十分必要。更多还原

【Abstract】 To promote social organizations towards the world, China explores actively in basic team development, coordination mechanisms, and involvement in international affairs, for which some preliminary experience has been accumulated. However,there is still some room for improvement in organizations’ internationalization, the actual involvement capacity and international influence due to some shortcomings of social organizations, as well as the lack of integration of official concepts, systems and policies. According to the nature of global governance and the advantages of social organizations, China’s active attitude towards the implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Agenda, and China’s goal requirements for participation in global governance in the outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan, it’s necessary to include social organizations in the overall arrangement for participation in global governance and build a support system composed of "IDEA-INSTITUTION-MECHANISM-POLICY".更多还原
