【摘要】 网络和数字技术的蓬勃发展深刻影响着文化的内容和形态，形成了数字与文化融合发展的趋势。文化数字化是现代信息技术在文化领域的延伸和扩散，使文化的创作、生产、展现、传播和消费具有显著的数字特征。数字文化化是指数字技术重构了人类生产生活方式，使网络数字空间日益成为与现实世界并存的虚拟世界，塑造人与人之间、人与机器之间交往互动的范式、规范、道德和伦理，由此而衍生出基于数字空间的新兴文化形态。二者都离不开信息技术所构建的物质基础，也离不开人类对数字空间持续的人文塑造。数字文化演进中，我们应建构数字空间的规则秩序和文化生态，重塑数字空间的政府和市场关系，营造数字空间有序参与的网络文化生态，提升数字文化发展的包容性，构建全人类共享的数字空间。更多还原

【Abstract】 The vigorous development of the Internet and digital technology has profound impact on the content and form of culture, creating a trend of digital and cultural integration. The digitization of culture is the extension and proliferation of modern information technology in the cultural field, making the creation, production, representation, dissemination and consumption of culture have remarkable digital characteristics. Digital culturalization means that digital technology has reconstructed the way of human production and life, making the online digital space increasingly a virtual world that coexists with the real world, shaping the paradigms, norms, morals and ethics of interaction between people, and between people and machines, thus giving rise to the emerging cultural forms based on digital space. Both are inseparable from the material foundation built by information technology and from the continuous humanistic shaping of digital space by human beings.
