考虑围岩流变特性的隧洞锚喷支护可靠度分析
Reliability analysis on tunnel shotcrete support considering rheological characteristics of surrounding rock
【摘要】 为了探讨岩体流变特性对水工隧洞围岩-支护体系的影响,提出了考虑围岩流变特性的隧洞支护结构时变可靠度分析方法。首先采用基于莫尔-库伦准则的西原模型,在静水应力场中给出锚喷支护圆形隧洞的黏弹-黏塑性解析解;然后根据锚杆内、外端位移的解析解和锚杆的屈服强度,构建锚杆承载能力可靠度计算功能函数;最后结合工程实例进行锚喷支护时变可靠度计算与分析。结果表明:围岩的流变特性对围岩位移和锚杆变形量的影响较大,锚喷支护的可靠指标值随时间推移不断减小,而后逐渐趋于稳定;对于围岩条件较差的水工隧洞,不考虑岩体流变特性影响的锚喷支护设计是偏于危险的。研究成果可为水工隧洞支护结构长期可靠性评价提供方法参考和理论支撑。
【Abstract】 For the purpose of exploring the influence of rheological characteristics on the system of surrounding rock mass-support structures for hydraulic tunnels, an analysis method to calculation time-varying reliability of tunnel support structure considering rheological characteristics of surrounding rock was introduced.Firstly, the analytical solution of viscoelastic-viscoplastic analytical solution for shotcrete supported circular tunnels was derived in hydrostatic stress field, by means of the Nishihara model based on the Mohr-Coulomb criterion.A bearing capacity reliability calculation function of anchor bolt was deduced according to the analytical solution of the displacement for inner and outer ends as well as the yield strength of the anchor bolt.Finally, the time-varying reliability calculation and analysis of shotcrete supported structures were proposed by an engineering example.The research results indicate that the rheological characteristics of surrounding rock had an essential effect on the displacement of surrounding rock and the deformation of anchor bolt, and the reliability index of the shotcrete support decreased as time flies and tended to stationary eventually.It was risky for the shotcrete support design if neglecting the rock rheological characteristics of the hydraulic tunnels with poor surrounding rock conditions.The research results can supply theoretical basis and method reference for the reliability evaluation of support structure stability of hydraulic tunnels.
