滑油系统复杂元件建模及润滑油隐匿特性研究

【摘要】 为分析滑油系统的姿态适应性,针对滑油系统复杂元件,提出一种基于STL格式的切割建模及润滑油隐匿量计算方法。该方法建立不同姿态角及加速度组合下液面高度-面积-体积-质心的关系数据库,并采用二元样条插值方法获得指定姿态角及加速度组合下元件的润滑油隐匿量。算例结果表明:基于STL格式的切割建模结果与UG对比误差在±1.1%以内,与实际试验对比误差在±8.3%以内,显著提升了隐匿特性计算的效率,为姿态适应性分析提供技术支持。

【Abstract】 In order to analyze the attitude adaptability of lubrication system, a kind of modeling and concealment calculating method according to STL incising technology was proposed for the complex components.The modeling database was carried out by this method, that is the relationship among liquid level, area, volume and the center of mass under the different attitude angle and acceleration.Binary spline interpolation was used to get the concealed oil under the specified attitude angle.Three examples were given to demonstrate the modeling error according to STL incising technology is within ±1.1% compared with UG and within ±8.3% compared with actual experiment.It significantly improves the efficiency of concealment characteristics analysis.The results of concealment characteristics analysis provide technical supporting for the analysis of the attitude adaptability.
