高韧性及快速固化环氧树脂体系的研究进展

【摘要】 概述了环氧树脂增韧及快速固化方面的最新研究进展。内容包括采用柔性固化剂如改性脂肪族胺类、酸酐类、聚醚胺类、聚氨酯类、含硅氧链类、液晶胺类固化剂增韧,在环氧树脂中引入醚键、硅氧键、热致型液晶等柔性基团增韧,添加反应型增韧剂及添加橡胶弹性体、热塑性树脂、纳米粒子、核壳聚合物和热致性液晶聚合物等非反应型增韧剂增韧以及胺类(伯胺)和酸酐类固化剂在快速固化环氧树脂方面的性能改进。

【Abstract】 The latest research progresses in toughening and rapid curing of epoxy resins were summarized The content included the use of flexible curing agents such as modified aliphatic amines,anhydride,polyether amines,polyurethane,silicone containing chains,and liquid crystal amines for toughening,the introduction of flexible groups such as ether bonds,silica bonds,and thermotropic liquid crystals into epoxy resins for toughening,the addition of reactive toughening agents,non reactive toughening agents such as rubber elastomers,thermoplastic resins,nanoparticles,core-shell polymers and thermotropic liquid crystal polymers for toughening,as well as amine(primary amine)and anhydride curing agents performance improvement in rapid curing of epoxy resins.
