端氨基超支化硅氧烷改性环氧固化剂研究

【摘要】 由线性端环氧基硅氧烷和二乙烯三胺反应合成一种端氨基超支化硅氧烷(ATHBPS),对相关产物的化学结构进行了红外光谱和13C核磁共振表征。以ATHBPS为环氧树脂R112体系固化剂,分析了该体系的力学性能和热性能,观察了力学破坏后的断裂面形貌,并以其为胶粘剂进行了性能测试。结果表明,改性后固化物的拉伸和弯曲强度降低了15%,冲击强度提高了33%,断裂面粗糙且有明显分层,属于韧性断裂,改性后环氧树脂剥离强度达7.4 kN/m。

【Abstract】 A amino-terminated hyperbranched polysiloxanes(ATHBPS)was synthesized by the linear epoxy group-terminated siloxane and diethylenetriamine reaction,and the chemical structure of the related product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and 13C nuclear magnetic resonance. Using the ATHBPS as the curing agent of epoxy resin R112 system,the mechanical and thermal properties of the system were analyzed and the morphology of the fracture surface after mechanical failure was observed.The system was used as an adhesive and its performance was tested. The results showed that the tensile strength and flexural strength of the modified cured product were reduced by 15%,but the impact strength was increased by 33%. The fracture surface was rough and obviously delamination,which belonged to ductile fracture,and the peeling strength of the modified epoxy resin reached 7.4 kN/m.
