【摘要】 【目的】挖掘并分析国医大师禤国维治疗银屑病的中医组方和用药规律，以期为中医药治疗银屑病提供参考。【方法】基于中医传承辅助平台（V3.0），采用频次分析、关联规则分析、聚类分析等数据挖掘方法探讨国医大师禤国维治疗银屑病的用药组方规律。【结果】纳入中药处方283首，涉及中药109味。频次≥79次的高频中药共有17味，其中居前8位的药物为土茯苓、甘草、肿节风、白花蛇舌草、石上柏、莪术、徐长卿、赤芍。国医大师禤国维治疗银屑病使用性寒、味苦、归肝经的药物最多。高频药物组合有20个，其中居前3位的药物组合分别为“土茯苓，甘草”“土茯苓，肿节风”“土茯苓，白花蛇舌草”。置信度为1.000的关联规则有60个，频次居前3位的关联规则为“石上柏，乌梅-土茯苓”“甘草，莪术-肿节风”“石上柏，北沙参-土茯苓”。聚类分析得到3个核心药物组合。【结论】禤国维教授治疗银屑病提倡从血分立法，根据燥、毒、瘀的病因病机，治以养血润燥、凉血解毒、化瘀通络之法，用药以皮肤解毒汤（乌梅、莪术、土茯苓、紫草、紫苏叶、防风、徐长卿、甘草）为核心处方临证加减。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To mine out and analyze the Chinese herbal prescription and medication rules of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)master XUAN Guo-Wei in treating psoriasis,thus to provide a reference for the treatment of psoriasis with Chinese medicine. Methods Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System Platform(V3.0),frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis were used to explore the medication rules of prescriptions used by the TCM master XUAN Guo-Wei for the treatment of psoriasis.Results A total of 283 prescriptions were included, involving 109 Chinese medicines. There were 17 highfrequency herbal medicines with a frequency ≥ 79 times, of which the top 8 were Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma(Tufuling), Glycyrrhizae Radix(Gancao), Sarcandrae Herba(Zhongjiefeng), Hedyotis Diffusae Herba(Baihuasheshecao), Selaginellae Doederleinii Herba(Shishangbo), Curcumae Rhizoma(Ezhu), Cynanchi Paniculati Radix(Xuchangqing),and Paeoniae Rubra Radix(Chishao). Master XUAN Guo-Wei prefers to adopt the medicines with cold in nature, bitter in taste and meridian tropism of liver meridian for the treatment of psoriasis. The top three herbal combinations are Tufuling-Gancao, Tufuling-Zhongjiefeng, and TufulingBaihuasheshecao. There were 60 association rule patterns when the confidence was set at 1.000,and the leading3 association rule patterns were“Shishangbo, Wumei(Mume Fructus)-Zhongjiefeng”,“Gancao, EzhuZhongjiefeng”,“Shishangbo, Beishashen(Glehniae Radix)-Tufuling”. The cluster analysis presented 3 core herbal combinations. Conclusion TCM master XUAN Guo-Wei advocates the treatment for psoriasis from the perspective of blood system. According to the etiology and pathogenesis of dryness,toxin and stasis,the treatment for psoriasis should be based on the therapies of nourishing blood and moistening dryness, cooling blood and removing toxin, and resolving stasis and unblocking collaterals; and the herbal prescription of Pifu Jiedu Decoction [mainly composed of Wumei, Ezhu, Tufuling, Zicao(Arnebiae seu Lithospermi Radix), Zisuye(Perillae Folium),Fangfeng(Saposhnikoviae Radix),Xuchangqing and Gancao] can be used as the core formula by modified medication according to the clinical syndromes.更多还原
