【Abstract】 Doctors of Lingnan LIN’s Bone-Setting Massage School are good at using spinal massage to treat spinal column and spinal related diseases. This article explains the importance of "arrival of qi resulting in effectiveness" to improve the curative effect of spinal massage from the aspects of the origin of theory of "arrival of qi resulting in effectiveness", the meridian basis of "arrival of qi" of spinal massage, the performance of "arrival of qi resulting in effectiveness" and the common factors affecting the "arrival of qi" of spinal massage,and more importantly,this article summarizes the characteristics of "arrival of qi" in spinal rectification techniques.更多还原
