【摘要】 热带水果是近年来国际贸易市场上的大宗热门商品。热带水果鲜品及其加工产品的产量及贸易总额均呈现逐年上涨的趋势。我国作为热带水果的重要生产国之一，具有产量高、品种多样等优势。结合国内外主要热带水果产业发展现状，通过梳理现有研究，对国内外热带水果的生产种植、保鲜技术、流通运输以及产品加工4个方面进行综述介绍。结合以上内容总结出我国热带水果产业发展现状、主要问题、趋势及展望，为我国热带水果产业的发展提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tropical fruit has been a hot commodity in the international trade market in recent years. The output and total trade volume of tropical fresh fruits and their processed products have shown a trend of increasing each year. As one of the vital producers of tropical fruits, China has outstanding advantages, such as high output and diverse varieties. Combined with the development status of prime tropical fruit industries at home and abroad, this paper reviews and introduces the four aspects of production and planting, preservation technology, circulation and transportation, and product processing of tropical fruits at home and abroad by combining the existing research. Combined with the above content, the development status, prime problems, trends, and prospects of China’s tropical fruit industry are summarized, which provides a reference for the development of China’s tropical fruit industry.更多还原
