Xi Jinping’s important remarks on mental health are based on requirements of“resolving the contradiction between people’s growing needs for mental health services and the inadequate and unbalanced development of mental health services”, “Establishing a psychosocial service system for public safetyand cultivating a healthy social mentality” and “Realizing Chinese modernization and the dream of a healthy China”.
