【摘要】 目的 了解2017—2021年安徽省20所三级公立综合医院医疗质量具体情况，提出相应的对策建议，为医疗机构提升医疗服务水平提供一定有利的科学依据，从而有效提升医疗服务质量。方法 从医疗费用、医疗质量、运行效率三个维度选取14个评价指标，运用TOPSIS法与秩和比法对安徽省20所三级公立医院医疗质量进行综合评价。结果 TOPSIS法评价结果显示2017—2021年医疗质量水平呈不断提升趋势，2021年医疗质量最优；秩和比法与TOPSIS法皆显示L医院的医疗质量最优，H医院的医疗质量相对较差。结论 安徽省20所三级公立医疗机构医疗质量总体趋势向好，但存在部分指标不够完善情况，部分医疗服务问题亟待解决。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the specific situation of medical quality in 20 tertiary public general hospitals in Anhui Province from 2017 to 2021,put forward relevant countermeasures, and provide a certain favorable scientific basis for medical institutions to improve the level of medical services, so as to effectively improve the quality of medical services.Methods From the three dimensions of medical expenses, medical quality, and operation efficiency, 14 evaluation indicators were selected, and medical quality of 20 tertiary public hospitals in Anhui province were comprehensive evaluated by using TOPSIS method and rank sum ratio method.Results The evaluation results of the TOPSIS method showed that the medical quality level from 2017 to 2021 showed a continuous improvement trend, and the medical quality was the best in 2021;both the rank sum ratio method and the TOPSIS method showed that the medical quality of the L hospital was the best, and the medical quality of the H hospital was relatively poor.Conclusions The overall trend of medical quality in 20 tertiary public medical institutions in Anhui province is good, but some indicators are not perfect, and some medical service problems need to be solved urgently.更多还原
