认知图式健康教育联合呼吸训练对二尖瓣成形术后患者的影响
Effect of Cognitive Scheme Education Combined with Respiratory Training in Patients after Mitral Valvoplasty
【摘要】 目的:探讨认知图式健康教育联合呼吸训练对二尖瓣成形术后患者的影响。方法:选取2022年1月1日~6月30日51例二尖瓣成形术患者作为对照组,实施常规健康教育联合呼吸训练;选取2022年7月1日~12月31日51例二尖瓣成形术患者作为观察组,实施认知图式健康教育联合呼吸训练;比较两组护理前后血气分析指标[氧分压(PaO2)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、血氧饱和度(SaO2)],护理前后心功能[左心室射血分数(LVEF)、六分钟步行试验(6MWT)],手术前后简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分,并发症(肺部感染、胸腔积液、谵妄、急性呼吸衰竭、瓣周漏)发生率。结果:观察组护理后血气分析指标及心功能指标优于对照组(P<0.01);两组术后1、7 d MMSE评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:认知图式健康教育联合呼吸训练可有效改善二尖瓣成形术患者的氧合状态和心功能指标,降低患者术后的并发症发生率。
【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of cognitive scheme ducation combined with respiratory training in patients after mitral valvoplasty.Methods: A total of 51 patients with mitral valvoplasty from January 1 to June 30,2022 were selected as the the control group, receiving routine health ducation combined with respiratory trainingand; Another 51 patients from July 1 to December 31,2022 were selected as the observation group.receiing cognitive scheme education combined with respiratory training.Comparison was made between the two groups on blood gas analysis before and after nursing indexes[such as oxygen partial pressure(PaO2),CO2 partial pressure(PaCO2),blood oxygen saturation(SaO2)],heart function before and after nursing[such as left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),6 minutes walk test(6MWT)],simple mental state examination(MMSE)before and after operation scores, complications such as pulmonary infection, pleural effusion, delirium, acute respiratory failure, and perivalvular leakage rates.Results: The blood gas analysis and heart function indexes were better in the observation group after nursing than those in the control group(P<0.01);The postoperative 1 d and 7 d MMSE score comparison difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05);The complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Cognitive scheme health education combined with respiratory training in patients with mitral valvoplasty can improve oxygenation and cardiac function and reduce postoperative complications.
