【摘要】 目的：探讨以循证问题为导向的护理干预在部分喉切除术后患者吞咽功能训练中的应用效果。方法：将2018年11月1日～2019年10月31日接受部分喉切除术后的105例患者作为对照组，实施常规护理；将2019年11月1日～2020年10月31日接受部分喉切除术后的96例患者作为循证组，在分析对照组患者吞咽功能训练不良因素的基础上制订护理措施，实施以循证问题为导向的护理干预。比较两组干预8 d吞咽功能训练不良影响因素，两组患者掌握吞咽训练时间、住院时间及患者总体满意度。结果：循证组不良因素总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),循证组掌握吞咽训练时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),患者总体满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在部分喉切除术后患者吞咽功能训练中实施以循证问题为导向的护理干预，能加快患者吞咽功能恢复，缩短患者掌握吞咽训练时间，提高患者满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application effect of evidence-based problem-oriented nursing intervention in swallowing function training among patients after partial laryngectomy.Methods: A total of 105 patients who underwent partial laryngectomy during November 1,2018 to October 31,2019 were included in the control group.The control group was given routine nursing.A total of 96 patients who received partial laryngectomy during November 1,2019 to October 31,2020 were classified as the evidence-based group.Nursing measures were set after the adverse factors affecting the swallowing function training among patients after partial laryngectomy were analyzed, the evidence-based group was given evidence-based problem-oriented nursing intervention.After 8 d of nursing intervention, the adverse affecting factors in swallowing function training, the swallowing training mastery time, hospital stay and overall nursing satisfaction among patients the two groups were compared.Results: The total incidence of adverse factors in the evidence-based group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The swallowing training mastery time and hospital stay in the evidence-based group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the overall satisfaction scores were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The implementation of evidence-based problem-oriented nursing intervention in the swallowing function training among patients after partial laryngectomy can speed up the recovery of swallowing function, shorten the swallowing training mastery time, and improve their satisfaction, with a high clinical application value.更多还原
