乙醇-硫酸铵双水相体系提取独一味苯乙醇苷

【摘要】 目的 :基于乙醇-硫酸铵双水相体系,制备独一味中苯乙醇苷类化合物。方法 :以不同质量分数的乙醇-硫酸铵双水相体系提取独一味苯乙醇苷类化合物,以连翘酯苷B为标准品测定其含量。结果 :当乙醇含量为33%、硫酸铵含量为17%时,苯乙醇苷得率达到92.08±0.09 mg/g。结论 :双水相萃取优化过程简单、效果显著,可作为独一味有效成分提取的一种绿色新方法。

【Abstract】 Objective: To prepare the phenylethanol glycosides in Lamiophlomis rotata based on the ethanolammonium sulfate two-phase aqueous system. Method: The Lamiophlomis rotata phenylethanol glycosides were extracted with different mass fractions of ethanol-ammonium sulfate two-phase system, and its content was determined with forsythiaside B as the standard. Results: When the content of ethanol was 33% and the content of ammonium sulfate was 17%, the yield of phenylethanol glycoside reached 92.08±0.09 mg/g. Conclusion: The optimization process of aqueous two-phase extraction is simple and the effect is remarkable, which can be used as a new green method for the extraction of Lamiophlomis rotata active ingredients.
