新能源产业背景下复合铜箔现有技术问题分析及未来解决方案
Analysis of Existing Technical problems of Composite Copper Foil Manufacture and Future Solutions Under the Background of New Energy Industry
【摘要】 复合铜箔作为一种新型锂离子电池负极集流体,在材料成本、轻量化、功能多元化等方面具有独特优势,可赋予锂离子电池更多的特性,因此近年来引起产业界的广泛关注。与此同时,复合铜箔作为一种新生事物,其现有制造技术并不成熟,在业界引起各种争议。文章从复合铜箔生产工艺的中间支撑层材料、薄膜表面处理、镀铜技术等各个技术环节进行详细剖析,并结合宏观产业背景,讨论目前复合铜箔生产工艺中存在的问题,在此基础上针对复合铜箔制造技术的未来解决方案提出建议。
【Abstract】 Composite copper foil, as a new type of negative current collector for lithium-ion batteries, has unique advantages in terms of material cost, lightweight, and functional diversification, and gives lithium-ion batteries more characteristics and functions. Therefore, composite copper foil has attracted widespread attention in recent years. In the other side, composite copper foil, as a new product, has immature manufacturing technology and has caused various controversies during the production process. This article conducts a detailed analysis of the preparation of composite copper foil, including intermediate support layer constituent, film surface treatment and copper plating. In the end, the further solutions of composite copper foil manufacture techniques are suggested reasonably.
