智能打壳下料技术在大型预焙电解槽的应用研究

【摘要】 本文分析了氧化铝下料“包、堵、卡”问题形成的机理,认为过热度控制不当是造成“包、堵、卡”问题的核心原因。本文通过数据分析探讨了智能打壳下料技术对堵料、粘包、氧化铝浓度分布、阳极电流分布、炉膛、效应和生产指标的影响,结果表明:智能打壳下料技术与槽控系统相结合能够减少“包、堵、卡”问题,均匀氧化铝浓度、阳极电流分布和炉帮厚度,可降低阳极效应系数,提高电流效率,节约能耗。

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the formation mechanism of the problem of "sticking, blockage and jamming" in alumina feeding, and believes that the improper control of superheat is the core reason for the problem of "sticking, blocking and jamming". This paper explores the impact of intelligent crust breaking and feeding technology on the material blockage, sticking, alumina concentration distribution, anode current distribution, pot cavity, effect and production indicators through data analysis. The results show that the combination of intelligent crust breaking and feeding technology together with the pot control system can reduce the problem of "sticking, blockage and jamming", homogenize alumina concentration, anode current distribution and ledge thickness, reduce the anode effect coefficient, improve current efficiency and save energy consumption.
