硫酸氢铵溶液浸出低品位菱镁矿研究

【摘要】 采用硫酸氢铵溶液浸出低品位菱镁矿提取镁,研究了反应温度、反应时间、NH4HSO4质量浓度、NH4HSO4过量率、转速和粒度对镁浸出率的影响,并得出了最佳工艺条件:反应温度为95℃,反应时间6 h、NH4HSO4质量浓度为25%、NH4HSO4过量率30%、转速30 rpm,粒度200目,此条件下镁浸出率96.03%。

【Abstract】 Ammonium bisulfate solution was used to leach low-grade magnesite to extract magnesium, and the effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, NH4HSO4 mass concentration, NH4HSO4 excess rate, rotational speed and particle size on magnesium leaching rate were studied, and the best process conditions were obtained: reaction temperature of 95℃, reaction time of 6 h, NH4HSO4 mass concentration of 25%, NH4HSO4 excess rate of 30%, rotational speed of 30 rpm, particle size of 200 mesh, and the magnesium leaching rate was 96.03% under this condition.
