利用铝灰熟料制备干式防渗料的实验研究

【摘要】 本文探究了利用铝灰熟料制备干式防渗料的可行性。通过电解质侵蚀实验,研究了不同铝灰熟料含量对防渗料抗电解质侵蚀性能的影响。结果表明,铝灰熟料含量为16%时,生成了致密均一的防渗层,防渗料质量侵蚀率和电解质渗透深度最小,防渗效果最佳。经截面形貌观察和XRD分析,防渗层为Na6(AlSiO46玻璃霞石相,有效阻挡了电解质的进一步渗透,防渗层下方物料仍保持疏松。

【Abstract】 The feasibility of preparing dry barrier materials with aluminum ash clinker was studied in this paper. The effect of different aluminum ash clinker content on the anti-penetration ability of barrier materials was investigated by electrolyte erosion experiment. The results show that when the content of aluminum ash clinker is 16%, a dense and uniform barrier layer is formed, the mass erosion rate of barrier material and electrolyte penetration depth are the minimum, and the anti-penetration property is the best. Through cross-sectional morphology observation and XRD analysis, the barrier layer is Na6(AlSiO46 glass nepheline phase, which effectively prevents the further penetration of electrolyte, and the materials under the barrier layer remain loose.
