342份油菜种质资源抗旱性评价研究

【摘要】 为探究油菜抗旱评价指标,筛选抗旱油菜种质资源,本文以342份甘蓝型、芥菜型、白菜型油菜种质资源为材料,对其中10份油菜种质资源设置不同浓度聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)进行人工模拟干旱胁迫,分析其萌发期的12个指标变化,同时研究在PEG-6000(最佳胁迫浓度)胁迫下萌发期油菜种质资源的抗旱性差异及苗期油菜种质资源反复干旱后抗旱指标的变化,采用主成分分析、相关性分析和隶属函数法,对油菜种质资源抗旱性进行综合评价与鉴定。结果表明:20%PEG-6000为油菜萌发期的最适干旱胁迫浓度,发芽指数可作为油菜萌发期的抗旱性评价指标;通过研究萌发期和苗期的抗旱性结果发现,甘蓝型油菜的抗干旱胁迫能力最强,抗旱性较好的品种有青杂12R、伟杰、李帐878-879、AG5、青杂9号、徐88、浙双72,敏感型的甘蓝型油菜品种有徐59、徐247、徐95、四达、赵34-5和赵101-2;萌发期与苗期抗旱性显著相关,在大规模筛选抗旱品种时,可预先在萌发期初筛,之后利用苗期盆栽控水试验进一步确定。该结果可为油菜种质资源的抗旱性研究提供理论基础。

【Abstract】 342 samples of rapeseed germplasm resources including Brassica napus,Brassica juice and Brassica rapa are used as the materials to explore the evaluation indicators of drought resistance of rapeseed and screen out drought-resistant rapeseed germplasm resources.Among them, 10 samples are subjected to different concentrations of PEG-6000 to simulate the drought stress so as to analyze 12 indexes of germination period.At the same time, the differences of drought resistance of rapeseed germplasm resources at germination stage under PEG-6000(optimum stress concentration) stress and the variation of drought resistance indexes at seedling stage after repeated drought stress are studied.Principal component analysis, correlation analysis and membership function method are used to comprehensively evaluate and identify the drought resistance of rapeseed germplasm resources.The results show that 20% PEG-6000 is the optimum drought stress concentration during the germination period; the germination index can be used as drought resistance evaluation index of rapeseed during the stage; the results of drought resistance in the germination and seedling stage show that the drought resistance of Brassica napus L.is the strongest; Qingza 12R,Weijie, Lizhang 878-879,AG 5,Qingza No.9,Xu 88,Zheshuang 72 are the varieties with good drought resistance.The sensitive Brassica napus L.germplasm rapeseed varieties include Xu 59,Xu 247,Xu 95,Sida, Zhao 34-5 and Zhao 101-2; as the germination stage is significantly related to drought resistance at seedling stage, the drought resistant varieties can be screened at the initial stage of germination in large-scale, and then determined by potted water control test at seedling stage.This study provides a theoretical basis for the study of drought resistance of rapeseed germplasm resources.
