【摘要】 近年来在国家和地方政府的支持下藏医药事业得到了长足发展，但伴随发展而来的产业无序发展、药材资源破坏、高端人才缺乏等问题凸显.本文采用文献计量学研究方法，利用Nvivo文献管理软件梳理近10年来藏医药发展相关研究，其中，词频分析功能用于初步确立本研究的分析框架，编码分析功能用于解读政策内容结构.研究结果显示文献关注的参考点由高到低排序为政府管理、藏医传承、科学研究、产业发展、标准规范、人才培养、临床服务和资源保护.不同研究地区和研究机构具有关注点的差异化，跨领域研究现象较为严重.建议政府加强政策支持，持续提升临床服务水平.制定规范标准，调整产业结构并关注藏医药的现代科学化转型.更多还原

【Abstract】 With the support of the central and local governments, Tibetan medicine has made great progress in recent years, but what follows are the increasingly prominent problems such as disorderly industry development, destruction of medicinal materials resources, and lack of high-end talents.Bibliometric study methods are adopted in this paper to sort out the research related to the development of Tibetan medicine in recent 10 years with Nvivo document management software.Among them, the word frequency analysis function is used to initially establish the analysis framework of this study, and the coding analysis function is used to interpret the policy content structure.The research results indicate that the references concerned by the documents are ranked in the order from high to low as government management, Tibetan medicine inheritance, scientific research, industrial development, standards and norms, personnel training, clinical services and resource protection.Different research areas and research institutions have different concerns, and there are too many cases of cross field research.Therefore, we suggest that the government strengthen policy support, keep improving the level of clinical services, set up norms and standards, adjust the industrial structure and attach importance to the modernization and scientific transformation of Tibetan medicine.更多还原
