【Abstract】 In the new era, strengthening school-enterprise cooperation educational mechanism is the key path to enhance the postgraduates’ practical innovation ability, the requirement of the times to achieve the development of graduate education, and the inevitable choice to improve the quality of talent training. Based on the stakeholder theory, in this article we analyze the interest demands and legitimate rights of stakeholders such as universities, industrial enterprises, teachers and postgraduates, summarize the practical difficulties of the current cooperation between universities and enterprises in cultivating professional degree postgraduates and further propose the top-level design of the integration between industry and education, the construction of effective practical ways and the development of university-enterprise scientific research community, so as to achieve the advanced paths of the development of professional degree postgraduates.更多还原
