一种游梁式抽油机示功图测量方法
The new measuring method for the indicator diagram of the beam pumping unit
【摘要】 游梁式抽油机广泛应用于石油开采工作中.针对游梁式抽油机工况的诊断存在不能兼顾准确性与可靠性的问题,提出了一种新型游梁式抽油机示功图测量方法.该方法根据抽油机的机械结构和运动学公式计算出抽油机单个工作周期内的位移数据,保存至云端服务器.利用加速度传感器和载荷传感器,同步采集抽油机的加速度数据和载荷数据.通过对加速度数据进行均值滤波处理,截取出单个完整周期内的载荷数据,并上传至云端服务器,采用云计算绘制出抽油机示功图.实验证明,该方法优于现有的方法,具有精确度高、可靠性高、易于安装维护、成本低廉的优点.
【Abstract】 At present, the beam pumping unit is widely used in domestic oil fields. Howerer, the accuracy and reliability cannot be considered simultaneously when diagnosing the working conditions of the pumping units. To deal with this problem, a new method of measuring the indicator diagram of the beam pumping unit is proposed. With this method, the displacement within a complete working period can be calculated based on the mechanical structure and the kinematic equations of the pumping machine, and the results of the displacement are stored to the cloud server. The acceleration data and the load data are collected synchronously by using the acceleration sensor and the load sensor. Through mean filtering of the acceleration data, the load data in a single complete cycle is intercepted and uploaded to the cloud server, and the indicator diagram of the pumping unit is drawn with cloud computing. Experiments show that this method is superior to the existing methods, and it has the advantages of high accuracy, high reliability, easy installation and maintenance, and low cost.
