【Abstract】 With the complexity and variability of the world world situation,the significant transformation of national military strategy demand,and the urgent need for modernization of the military development,increasing the number of the university students enlisting in the military has become an inevitable trend. At present,the college students have gradually become the main force to promote the knowledge,technology,and high quality of army,which brings increased the number of retired college students. Therefore,developing an efficient management method and guarantee mechanism for the retired college students,which has positive practical significance for their self-adaptation and comprehensive development in the new era. Meanwhile,college counselors are also crucial in the ideological and political education and employment guidance of retired college students,and the policy guarantee mechanism provided by the college is also indispensable for the comprehensive development of the retired college students.
