【摘要】 “双师型”教师队伍建设是推动职业教育产教融合走深走实的重点和难点。科学评价“双师型”教师能力，可以引入层次分析法，从思想政治、教育教学、专业实践、应用技术研究和社会服务五个方面建立指标体系。结合评价指标，促进职业教育“双师型”教师队伍高质量发展，应当坚持党建引领，着力优化专兼职教师结构，完善分类分级培训体系，提高培训精准度，升级教师发展平台，深化考核评价改革。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of “double-qualified” teachers is the key and difficult point to promote the integration of production and teaching in vocational education. To evaluate the ability of “double-qualified” teachers scientifically, the analytic hierarchy process can be introduced to establish an index system from five aspects: ideology and politics, education and teaching, professional practice, applied technology research and social service.
