间甲苯二胺脱水精馏工艺

【摘要】 为降低间甲苯二胺脱水过程中的能耗,提出了双效精馏和热泵精馏节能工艺。使用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件,对该体系的常规精馏、3种双效精馏、热泵精馏进行模拟优化,得出间甲苯二胺脱水过程的最佳操作条件和设备参数;最后分别对常规精馏、双效精馏和热泵精馏的综合能耗和最小年度总费用(TAC)进行了分析对比。研究结果表明:热泵精馏的节能效果最好,比常规精馏能耗节约了47.5%,年度总费用节约了31.9%。

【Abstract】 In order to reduce energy consumption in the dehydration process of m-toluene diamine, double-effect distillation and heat pump distillation were proposed in this paper. The conventional distillation, three kinds of double-effect distillation and heat pump distillation were simulated and optimized by using Aspen Plus process simulation software, and the optimal operating conditions and equipment parameters of m-toluene diamine dehydration process were obtained. Finally, the comprehensive energy consumption and minimum annual total(TAC) of conventional distillation, double-effect distillation and heat pump distillation were analyzed and compared. The results show that heat pump distillation has the best energy saving effect, saving 47.5% energy consumption and 31.9% annual total cost compared with conventional distillation.
