基于刚柔耦合的自卸汽车卸载作业安全性分析
Safety Analysis of Dump Truck Unloading Operation Based on Rigid-Flexible Coupling Model
【摘要】 针对自卸汽车卸载作业时发生的侧翻问题,本文利用Hypermesh软件建立了柔性车架,采用ADAMS软件建立了刚柔耦合的8×4无副车架自卸汽车整车虚拟样机模型。该模型由柔性车架、车箱、举升机构、双前桥、中后桥、前悬架、后平衡悬架及轮胎等部件组成,并对自卸汽车在不同路面横向坡度卸载作业进行仿真分析,得到自卸汽车安全作业的路面横向坡度与举升角、装载量之间的关系,研究了不同装载量及有无副车架对其稳定性的影响。研究结果表明,自卸汽车在举升卸载过程中,在装载量一定的情况下,路面横向坡度越大,临界举升角越小;在路面横向坡度一定的情况下,装载量越大,临界举升角越小;在路面横向坡度及装载量一定的情况下,无副车架自卸汽车比有副车架自卸汽车作业更稳定;自卸汽车未正常卸载的侧翻横向坡度角小于正常卸载的侧翻横向坡度角。该研究对自卸汽车的稳定性设计及作业安全性具有一定的参考价值。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the rollover problem of dump truck during unloading operation, this paper uses Hypermesh software to establish a flexible frame, and uses Adams software to establish a rigid-flexible coupling virtual prototype model of 8×4 dump truck without subframe. The model consists of flexible frame, trunk, lifting mechanism, double front axle, middle rear axle, front suspension, rear balance suspension and tires. The simulation analysis of the unloading operation of the dump truck on different road slopes is carried out, and the relationship between the road slope and the lifting angle and the loading capacity of the dump truck is obtained. The influence of different loading capacity and the presence or absence of subframe on stability is explored. The results show that during the lifting and unloading process of the dump truck, under the condition of a certain loading capacity, the larger the lateral slope of the road surface, the smaller the critical lifting angle; in the case of a certain road transverse slope, the greater the loading, the smaller the critical lifting angle; under the condition of certain road transverse slope and loading capacity, the dump truck without subframe is more stable than the dump truck with subframe. The rollover lateral slope angle of dump truck without normal unloading is smaller than that of dump truck with normal unloading. The research has certain reference value for the design and operation safety of dump truck.
