LNG车载气瓶支架的轻量化设计

【摘要】 以某半挂车储气瓶支架作为研究对象,使用有限元仿真软件对其开展了刚度及强度计算,并根据计算结果运用变密度法对支架结构进行了拓扑优化,最终根据拓扑最佳优化结果建立了新的支架模型并二次分析验证其有效性。在此基础上,以各杆件壁厚作为设计变量,以最小质量、强度、刚度为目标条件,运用响应面法筛选出支架各杆最优厚度组合。优化后的模型相比原模型最大应力、最大变形量及质量都有所减少,表明拓扑优化结合尺寸优化组合是一种非常有效的轻量化优化方法。

【Abstract】 Taking the support of a semi-trailer gas cylinder as the research object, the stiffness and strength of the support were calculated by using finite element simulation software, and the topology optimization of the support structure was carried out by using the variable density method according to the calculation results.Finally, a new support model was established according to the topology optimization results and its effectiveness was verified by secondary analysis.On this basis, taking the wall thickness of each rod as the design variable and with the minimum quality, strength and stiffness as the objective conditions, the response surface method was used to screen out the optimal thickness combination of each rod of the support.Compared with the original model, the maximum stress, maximum deformation and quality of the optimized model are reduced, which indicates that the combination of topology optimization and size optimization is a kind of very effective lightweight optimization method.
