【摘要】 [目的/意义]分析“双高”建设中高职图书馆功能定位及建构策略，对于促进高职图书馆转型升级，赋能“双高”建设具有重要的指导意义。[方法/过程]从资源要素入手，梳理并确定图书馆功能要素，采用网络调研法，缕析“双高”校图书馆工作的现状和特色亮点，分析“双高”建设中高职图书馆功能定位及建构策略。[结果/结论]高职图书馆应主动融入学校“三全育人”教育体系，构建立体信息素养教育网络、全域性学科服务体系和智慧知识服务平台，从而为“双高”建设提质增效。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose/significance] The analysis of the functional orientation and construction strategies of the libraries in higher vocational colleges in the “Double-High Plan” construction has important guiding significance for promoting the transformation and upgrading of the libraries in higher vocational colleges and enabling the “Double-High Plan” construction. [Method/process] Starting from the resource elements,this paper sorts out and determines the functional elements of the library,detailedly analyzes the current situation and characteristics of the libraries work in the “Double-High Plan” schools by using the network survey method,and accordingly analyzes the functional positioning and construction strategies of the libraries in the “Double-High Plan” construction. [Result/conclusion] The libraries of higher vocational college should actively integrate into the school’s “three-all educations” education system,and build a stereo education network of information literacy,a global discipline service system and a smart knowledge service platform,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of the “Double-High Plan” construction.更多还原
