基于三角直觉模糊数的企业开源情报产品质量评价研究

【摘要】 [目的/意义]信息时代开源情报发挥的作用日益显著,完善开源情报产品质量评价体系有利于创新型企业决策支撑和竞争发展。[方法/过程]将基于三角直觉模糊数的TODIM方法应用情报质量评价中。首先,利用模糊DEMATEL方法解决评价体系指标之间相互影响并进行客观赋权;其次,结合TODIM评价方法对开源情报产品质量进行排序优选;最后,结合哈尔滨市信息技术软件开发公司的实证研究探讨质量评价方法可行性。[结果/结论]通过与其他评价方法的结果进行对比分析,验证了利用三角直觉模糊数建立模型的有效性和实用性,符合开源情报产品质量评价的实际需求。考虑评价过程中决策者风险规避的心理行为,也为情报产品质量评价提供新的思考维度。

【Abstract】 [Purpose/significance] Open source information is playing an increasingly important role in the information age. Improving the quality evaluation system of open source information products is conducive to the decision-making support and competitive development of innovation-oriented enterprises. [Method/process]The TODIM method based on triangular intuitionistic fuzzy number was applied to the information quality evaluation. Firstly,the fuzzy DEMATEL method was used to solve the interaction between the indicators of the evaluation system and to give objective weights; Secondly,the TODIM evaluation method is used to prioritize the quality of open source information products; Finally,the feasibility of quality evaluation method is discussed based on the empirical study of Harbin Information Technology Software Development Company.[Result/conclusion]By comparing with the results of other evaluation methods,the validity and practicability of the model based on triangular intuitionistic fuzzy number are verified,which is in line with the actual demand of quality evaluation of open source information products. Also it provides a new perspective for information product quality evaluation by considering decision-makers’ psychological behaviors of risk avoidance in the evaluation process.
