水凝胶微针的研究进展
The research progress of hydrogel microneedles
【摘要】 微针是一种由微米级的针尖以阵列的方式连接在底座上组成的经皮给药制剂形式,通过对皮肤角质层的穿刺作用,在皮肤表面形成细小的孔道,以促进药物的经皮运输。微针的类型主要有:固体微针、中空微针、可溶性微针、涂层微针以及聚合物微针。水凝胶微针作为聚合物微针中的一种,以其较高的载药量和良好的生物相容性而备受瞩目。本文拟对水凝胶微针的作用机制、制备材料、制备方法、临床研究、应用前景进行综合论述。
【Abstract】 Microneedles are a form of transdermal drug delivery preparation composed of micronized needle tips connected to the base in an array. Through the puncture of the skin stratum corneum, fine pores are formed on the skin surface to promote the transdermal transport of drugs. Microneedles mainly include solid microneedles, hollow microneedles, soluble microneedles, coated microneedles and hydrogel microneedles. Among them, hydrogel microneedles have attracted much attention for their high drug loading and good biocompatibility. In this paper, the mechanism, materials, preparation methods,clinical research, application and prospects of hydrogel microneedles are reviewed.
