【摘要】 互联网的发展为我国社会带来了诸多便利，但与此同时网络谣言的传播也为我们的社会带来了诸多困扰。行政规制是网络谣言治理的重要手段，但现行行政规制存在治理理念滞后、治理方式单一等问题，大数据时代的到来使得传统信息处理模式发生转变，网络谣言治理应当转变传统信息处理模式，通过建立完善法律规范体系、规范监管责任主体、加大信息公开等方式，重构基于大数据技术的行政规制机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of the Internet has brought a lot of convenience to our society, but at the same time the spread of Internet rumors has brought our society many troubles. Administrative regulation is an important means of Internet rumor governance, but the existing administrative regulation has such problems as lagging governance concept and singular governance mode. The arrival of the big data era has transformed the traditional information processing approaches. Internet rumor governance should transform the traditional information processing approaches by establishing a better legal standard system and regulating the subject of regulatory responsibility.
