【摘要】 目的 探讨早期应用唑来膦酸对实体瘤患者骨相关事件(SREs)的预防效果及其对生活质量的影响。方法 选取2016—2020年水城矿业控股集团有限责任公司总医院收治的实体瘤患者165例，按2∶1随机数字表法分为对照组110例和观察组55例。对照组患者未接受特殊处理，观察组患者早期予以唑来膦酸治疗。患者均随访至2021年6月，比较2组骨转移、SREs发生率及体力状况(PS)、生活质量评定量表(QOL)评分，分析观察组患者不良反应发生情况。结果 对照组失访1例，最终对照组纳入109例、观察组纳入55例。观察组骨转移发生率为5.4%(3/55)、SREs发生率为3.6%(2/55),分别低于对照组的23.8%(26/109)、17.4%(19/109)(χ~2/P=8.501/0.004、6.230/0.013)。治疗后观察组PS改善或稳定率、QOL改善率均高于对照组(χ~2/P=6.104/0.013、9.215/0.002)。观察组患者共完成149人次唑来膦酸预防性治疗，出现不良反应33人54例次，其中不良反应与唑来膦酸肯定有关和可能有关者有30人，与唑来膦酸肯定无关和可能无关者有3人。结论 早期预防性应用唑来膦酸可降低实体瘤患者骨转移、SREs发生风险，明显提高患者的PS及生活质量，且安全性较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the prevention effect of early application of zoledronic acid for solid tumor bone-related events(SREs) and its impact on patients′ quality of lifeand its impact on patients′ quality of life. Methods From 2016 to 2020, 165 solid tumor patients admitted to the Shuicheng Mining Group General Hospital were selected, and they were divided into the observation group(n=55) and the control group(n=110) by random number table method. The patients in the observation group were given zoledronic acid for prevention treatment, and patients in the control group were not treated specifically. Follow-up to June 2021, incidence of bone metastasis, SREs and scores of PS, QOL were compared between the two groups, and incidence of adverse reactions of patients in the observation group were analyzed. Results One case in the control group lost follow-up, finally, 109 cases in the control group and 55 cases in the observation group were included. incidence of bone metastasis, SREs of the observation group was 5.4%(3/55), 3.6%(2/55), which were respectively lower than 23.8%(26/109), 17.4%(19/109) of the control group(χ~2 value was 8.501, 6.230, P value was 0.004, 0.013, respectively). After treatment, improvement or stable rate of PS and improvement of QOL of the observation group were better than those of the control group(χ~2 value was 6.104, 9.215, P value was 0.013, 0.002, respectively). In the observation group, 149 patients completed preventive treatment with zoledronic acid, and 33 patients happened adverse reactions with 54 cases, of which with 30 patients′adverse reactions were definitely related to zoledronic acid, and 3 patients′adverse reactions were definitely unrelated to zoledronic acid. Conclusion Early preventive application of zoledronic acid can reduce the risk of bone metastasis and SREs in patients with solid tumors, significantly improve the PS and quality of life of patients, and with high safety.更多还原
