【摘要】 蕈样肉芽肿（MF）是一种罕见的皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤疾病。早期治疗常用到烷化剂，氮芥凝胶是第一个国外批准用于治疗MF患者的烷化剂配方。在这篇综述中，我们研究了氮芥凝胶治疗MF患者的回顾性与前瞻性研究和部分真实临床病例，表明氮芥凝胶反应率高、起效快速、不良反应较小、非全身吸收安全性好，可以长期维持治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mycosis fungoides(MF)is a rare cutaneous T-cell lymphoma disease. Alkylating agents are commonly used in early treatment. Chlormethine Gel was the first alkylating agent formula approved for the treatment of MF patients abroad. In this review,we studied the retrospective and prospective studies and some real clinical cases of patients with MF treated with chlormethine Gel,and showed that chlormethine Gel had high response rate,responsed quickly,less adverse effects,good safety of non-systemic absorption,and long-term maintenance treatment.更多还原
