【摘要】 带状疱疹后神经痛是带状疱疹最常见的并发症，主要发生在老年人及免疫力低下者中，目前抗病毒治疗对于减轻带状疱疹症状的有效性已确立，然而其对PHN的影响仍存在争议，文章主要就不同疗程、不同剂量、是否联合应用抗病毒药物及治疗开始时间对带状疱疹及预防带状疱疹后神经痛的研究结果进行综述，以期为临床治疗提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Post-herpetic neuralgia is the most common complication of herpes zoster,which mainly occurs in the elderly and people with low immunity. At present,the effectiveness of antiviral therapy in alleviating the symptoms of herpes zoster has been established,but its effect on PHN is still controversial. This article mainly reviews the research results of herpes zoster and the prevention of post-herpetic neuralgia with different courses,different doses,combined use of antiviral drugs and the starting time of treatment,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment.更多还原
