光电比色法测定沥青黏附性的计算原理与误差分析
Calculation Principle and Error Analysis of Improved Photoelectric Colorimetric Method
【摘要】 沥青与集料的黏结性能是沥青道路应用中的一个重要评价指标。作为一种量化手段,传统光电比色法能够定量地描述沥青-集料黏附性能,提高评定结果的准确度,但没有考虑沥青对酚藏花红染料的吸附作用,计算结果偏大。针对这一问题,在传统光电比色法的基础上进行修正:考虑沥青对酚藏花红染料的吸附作用,并将黑白集料的吸附作用以单位面积吸附量表征,重新构建了沥青剥落模型。误差分析表明,改进光电比色法显著提高了沥青剥落率和黏附率的测量准确度。
【Abstract】 The bond performance between asphalt and aggregate is an important evaluation index in asphalt pavement application. The traditional photoelectric colorimetric method can quantitatively describe the asphalt aggregate adhesion performance and improve the accuracy of the evaluation results as a quantitative method. However, the adsorption of phenol saffron dye by asphalt is not considered, which leads to the calculation result is large than the true value. This paper based on the traditional photoelectric colorimetric method, the asphalt peeling model was reconstructed by considering the adsorption of asphalt on the phenosafranine dye and characterizing the adsorption of black and white aggregates by the adsorption amount per unit area. The error analysis showed that the improved photoelectric colorimetric method can significantly improve the measurement accuracy of asphalt peeling rate and adhesion rate.
