沥青烟采样及组分测试方法研究进展

【摘要】 沥青及沥青混合料在加热、施工过程中会释放液态烃类颗粒和气态烃类物质的混合烟雾。沥青烟释放量及其化学组分定量检测对于揭示沥青烟释放行为与机理、实现沥青烟释放有效抑制具有重要价值。综述了沥青烟室内采样装置和采集方法,总结了沥青烟释放量检测和化学组分分析方法,重点讨论了气相色谱-质谱联用法、热重-质谱联用法、顶空气相色谱法等技术在沥青烟组分分析中的应用。

【Abstract】 Asphalt and asphalt mixture will release mixed fume of liquid hydrocarbon particles and gaseous hydrocarbon substances during heating and construction.Quantitative detection of asphalt fume release and its chemical components is of great value in revealing the behavior and mechanism of asphalt fume release and realizing effective inhibition of asphalt fume release.This paper reviews the indoor sampling devices and collection methods of asphalt fume,summarizes the detection methods of asphalt fume release amount and the analysis methods of chemical components,and focuses on the application of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,thermogravimetry-mass spectrometry,headspace gas chromatography and other technologies in the analysis of asphalt fume components.
