神经电生理联合检查对盆底功能障碍性疾病患者的诊断价值

【摘要】 目的 评估神经电生理联合检查对盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)的诊断价值。方法 选取2017年7月至2021年6月在江苏省中医院行肌电图检测的健康志愿者36例作为对照组,收治入院高度疑似PFD的患者60例作为观察组,对两组研究对象进行球海绵体肌反射(BCR)、阴部神经神经皮肤交感反射(P-SSR)、正中神经皮肤交感反射(M-SSR)、阴部神经运动诱发电位(P-MEP)、胫神经运动诱发电位(T-MEP)、阴部神经体感诱发电位(P-SEP)及胫神经体感诱发电位(T-SEP)检测,比较两组中各检测结果及联合检查的异常率。结果 观察组的BCR、P-SSR、M-SSR、P-MEP、T-MEP及P-SEP的异常率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。在观察组中,神经电生理联合检查的异常率显著高于各单项检测的异常率(P<0.05)。结论 神经电生理联合检查可提高PFD的阳性检出率。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate diagnostic value of combined neuroelectrophysiological examinations in patients with pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD). Methods A total of 36 healthy volunteers who received electromyography examination in Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2017 to June 2021 were selected as control group, and 60 patients with highly suspected PFD admitted to the hospital were selected as observation group. Two groups were given with examinations including bulbocavernosus reflex(BCR), skin sympathetic reflex of pudendal nerve(P-SSR),SSR of median nerve(M-SSR), motor evoked potential(MEP) of pudendal nerve(P-MEP),MEP of tibial nerve(T-MEP), somatosensory evoked potential(SEP) of pudendal nerve(P-SEP), and SEP of tibial nerve(T-SEP). The abnormal rates from a single examination and combined examinations were compared between two groups. Results When compared with control group, the abnormal rates of BCR, P-SSR, M-SSR, P-MEP, T-MEP, and P-SEP were significantly increased in observation group(P<0.05). In observation group, the abnormal rates of combined neuroelectrophysiological examinations were significantly higher than those of each single examination(P<0.05). Conclusion Combined neuroelectrophysiological examinations can improve positive detection rate of PFD.
