【Abstract】 Professor Chen, who advocates micro differentiation of symptoms and signs, has rich experience in diagnosis and treatment of membranous nephropathy in Traditional Chinese medicine. Hepatitis B related membranous nephropathy belongs to secondary membra-nous nephropathy. Based on teacher Chen’s understanding of idiopathic membranous nephropathy, Master Chen inferred its pathogenesis:Damp heat and pestilence toxin accumulate in the blood, the disease initially straightens the liver and kidney, the liver suppresses the Qi,and the kidney "Damp heat glue into blood stasis". By analyzing Chen’s hepatitis B membranous kidney prescription, we explained pro-fessor Chen’s treatment for HBV-MN: tonifying vital energy, strengthening spleen and removing dampness, clearing heat and detoxifica-tion, soothing liver and activating blood circulation, nourishing blood and softening liver. The combination of Chen’s Micro pathology and TCM syndrome differentiation in the diagnosis and treatment of HBV-MN has novel theory and remarkable curative effect.更多还原
