【摘要】 目的：观察养人汤治疗脾肾阳虚型骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法：选取2019年1月—2020年12月门诊收集的80例骨质疏松症患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。两组均给予阿仑膦酸钠维D3片口服治疗，在此基础上，观察组加用养人汤治疗，均治疗3个月。观察两组治疗前后骨密度、骨转换生化指标、视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分、中医症状积分及评价临床疗效。结果：治疗后，两组的骨密度T值较治疗前明显升高（P<0.05），观察组的骨密度高于对照组（P<0.05）；两组血清I型胶原降解产物、Ⅰ型胶原氨基端延长肽、N端骨钙素及中医证候积分均较治疗前降低（P<0.05），且观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）；两组临床疗效比较，总有效率观察组90.0%(36/40)，高于对照组的80.0%(32/40)，观察组的临床疗效优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：养人汤联合阿仑膦酸钠维D3片可有效地改善脾肾阳虚型骨质疏松症患者腰膝酸软、肢冷痿软无力及腰背疼痛等临床症状，降低骨折风险，有助于提升生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yangren decoction in the treatment of osteoporosis of spleen and kidney yang deficiency. Methods: Eighty patients with osteoporosis collected from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group(n=40) and observation group(n=40). Both groups were treated with alendronate sodium vitamin D3tablets orally, and on this basis,the observation group was treated with Yangren decoction for 3 months. The bone mineral density, biochemical index of bone turnover, visual analogue score(VAS), TCM symptom score and clinical curative effect were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results: After treatment, the bone mineral density T value of the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the bone mineral density of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The serum type I collagen degradation products, N-terminal osteocalcin and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P <0.05), and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P< 0.05). Compared with the clinical efficacy of the two groups, the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%(36/40), which was higher than that of the control group(80.0%)(32/40). The clinical curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Yangren decoction combined with alendronate sodium vitamin D3 tablets can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of osteoporosis patients with osteoporosis of spleen and kidney yang deficiency, such as sore waist and knees, limb cold, impotence, weakness and low back pain, reduce the risk of fracture and help to improve the quality of life.更多还原
