【摘要】 新时代中国特色社会主义法治人才建设离不开思政教育与法学教育的协同配合，法学课程与思政课程同向同行、显性教育和隐性教育相统一是培养卓越法治人才、建设法治国家的题中应有之意。但当前法学类专业课程思政建设还存在诸多问题，如法学专业教师的课程思政素养不够、教学过程中难以体现课程思政内涵、法学专业实践教学与思政元素脱节等。因此，法学类课程要深入挖掘思政元素，将其融入法学课程的设计与实践之中，从修德（价值引领）、修法（捍卫法律）、修行（实现法治）三个方面入手探索法学思政课程的教学实践路径不失为一条可行路径，进而培养法学学子的法治意识，提升法治能力，养成法治习惯，让法学专业课程的思政教育提质增效，让法律意识、法治思维内化于心，外化于行，培养出“德法兼修”的卓越法治人才，最终实现法安天下，德润人心。更多还原

【Abstract】 the construction of socialist legal talents with Chinese characteristics in the new era is inseparable from the coordination of ideological and political education and legal education. The combination of law curriculum and ideological and political curriculum, explicit education and implicit education is essential in cultivating excellent talents under the rule of law and building a country ruled by law.?However, at present, there are still many problems in the ideological and political education in law courses, such as the lack of ideological and political literacy in teachers, the difficulty of reflecting the ideological and political connotation in the teaching process, the disconnection between practical teaching and ideological and political elements, and so on.?Therefore, law courses should deeply explore the elements of ideology and politics and integrate them into the design and practice of law courses. it is a feasible way to explore the teaching practice of law and politics course from three aspects: moral cultivation(value guidance), law rectification(defending law) and behavior cultivation(realizing the rule of law).?Furthermore, we should cultivate students’ awareness of the rule of law, enhance their ability of applying the law, foster the habit of upholding the law, improve the quality and efficiency of ideological and political education in law courses, so as to cultivate legal consciousness in students’ mind and their capacity of applying the law in practice.
