【摘要】 [目的]建立一种高效液相色谱-串联质谱测定溴虫氟苯双酰胺悬浮剂的分析方法。[方法]采用Agilent Zorbax RRHD Eclipse Plus C18色谱柱,流速0.3 mL/min,柱温30℃条件下,以乙腈-水(0.1%甲酸+5 mmol/L乙酸铵)(体积比70∶30)作为流动相,ESI离子源,在多反应监测(MRM)模式下进行正离子扫描,测定样品中溴虫氟苯双酰胺的含量。[结果]方法的线性相关系数为0.9997,标准偏差为0.155,变异系数为1.59%,平均回收率为101.21%。[结论]该方法线性关系良好,准确度和精密度高,符合溴虫氟苯双酰胺悬浮剂中有效成分的定量分析要求。

【Abstract】 [Aims] A HPLC-MS/MS method for determination of broflanilide SC was established. [Methods] ESI ion source and the positive mode under multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) mode was performed to determine the concentration of broflanilide in the sample. Agilent Zorbax RRHD Eclipse Plus C18 was used at 30 ℃, acetonitrile-0.1%formic acid water+5 mol/L ammonium acetate(70:30, by vol) was used as mobile phase with flow rate of 0.3 mL/min.[Results] The linear correlation coefficient was 0.9997, the standard deviation was 0.155 with the variation coefficient of 1.59% and the average recovery of 101.21%. [Conclusions] The method has a good linear relationship, high sensitivity, which is suitable for quantitative analysis of broflanilide SC.
